Hi, i found bike from 1970 any one knew what it it?? It looks like be painted, near crankset i saw green color

Front and rear derailleurs Campagnolo record
Crankset Nevra Star
Weinemman breake 610
Steam Made in Italy ?

Nervex pro lugs rarely used in Italy. The Nervex Pro fork crown not often used here (UK)
If it is French then the bottom bracket would be right hand thread both sides.
Looks like late 50's to early 60's.
Not much to go on, hundreds of frame builders used these lugs.
Looks a top class frame.

Thanks for help, yesterday i found somthings. Green color was the key and nervex crown.

Stem - Made in Italy - 3ttt Grand Prix Special
HandleBars also 3ttt
Dropouts - Campagnolo
I think it is Tiagra but not for 100% Bike form swiss.

That looks right to me, the Nervex crown was rarely used, but was extremely strong.
