Looks like a light, good quality, versatile frame. What's not to like? I'd be tempted too, if it were my size.

Stuck seat post is always a worry, especially when they are rammed in so far to the tube...

When I pay a wedge for a bike I take tools, and give it a once over. Takes but five minutes. Last one I bought was waiting on a proper work stand and he'd stripped off the crankset for me already. I like to take a look inside the bottom bracket, up the stays and wherever issues may lurk.
