arrrrrh squeaky spring Quadra 10's

In this rather fine weather we have all been enjoying I've been out on the Gary F. getting my bike tan lines for the year

However my Quadra 10's with speed springs are squeaking like nobodys business and it is doing my box in :evil: Regreased them but as noisy as ever, does this mean I can only ride quietly in the winter when it is cold, (this noise has only started since the sun did start shining) :?:

Any suggestions most welcome :?

Try getting a narrow inner tube and cutting a piece about half the length of the spring. Fit this over the spring and that should help.
