Looks like a genuine Argos, respected builder, it won't go for much as most people aren't aware of them, but well made bikes.

Could be any framebuilder as it has a 531 renovated decal. Seat lugs are cast so it could be 531c or above. There is a nice frame hiding under there.

It's 22" if anyone is interested (according to the seller) - too small for me.
