When the sierra came out I was working in this little engineering place 100 yards from a ford garage. One morning the secretary rolls up in new 2door Sierra and a little later a pikey comes to collect the drums of brass swarf and manages to drop a drum[a drum weighed several tons] on the front of her new car!

I am a bit of a freak when it comes to collecting. I collect New Era hats, Nike Shoes (90's and some modern), and I also MOD Honda's. Built up a 1992 Civic Si, 2004 Honda Element, and I am currently finding ways to mod my 2012 Odyssey!

ahhhhhhhh yep have these sitting in the garage, just finished 8 year build on the V8

1998 Ducati Superbike
1979 Ford Escort Mk2
1971 Ford Fairmont - 5.8L V8 (fully restored by me)

In comparrison i'm finding retro MTBs alot cheaper to run :)

All my cars are 80's or 90's. If any one makes a new car I actually like then I wouldn't rule it out but there just to round and flowery for my taste. Previous cars where volvo 850R and T5 estates and a landrover defender along with various Ford Capris as weekend cars
Currently
Alpina C2 from 1989 (resto project)
Alpina B10 from1998 (weekend car)
Fiat punto mk1 cabrio (daily use when not on a bike)

Have a large collection of music on cassette as all my cars have tape players. O yeah still use an olympus film camera from 84 regular. Now I think about it I'm probably a good decade behind 'normal'. I wear too many bright colours to be a trendy modern dresser lol

Some of my favorite retro stuff is shown below. The more I thought about it, almost everything I buy is retro. I always buy old mid-century furniture. Even if it is upholstered and nasty, I buy that and have it redone as I like the style, the quality, and doing it that way is usually at least no more expensive, if not cheaper, than new. The HiFi in the picture works. The TV will one day work, but I haven't gotten to it yet.

By the way - I've been a member here for only about a month or so, and I now have three old Fishers, a Merlin and a Grove. You guys are bad influences!
