Yep and for those that change their modern bikes every 5 years or less it’s no great shock as it happens gradually. Hard to say one is better than another but I personally can’t think of any geometry feature of a pre 2010ish bike i’d prefer on my modern bikes as I really like how they ride.

As said before though, it makes riding bikes with more traditional geometry feel odd which then leads to me not using them. Just about to have another retro clear out as the summer is drawing to an end meaning another has gone by without me swinging a let over any retro bike. Hopefully in the future I will have more time to ride which will give me more time to switch styles but can’t see it for a fair few years.
