Are these snapped teeth?

I’ve just bought a used chainset…and was wondering if it had snapped teeth on the middle ring? Or maybe something to do with shifting? Thanks

The arms have scrubbed up well after a microfibre with some autosol. I may try some wet sanding paper to get the scratches out

Inner and middle rings are in nice condition but the outer looks a little worn and jagged.

It says Steel and Stainless Steel kits. Cranks are normally aluminium. Would the kit still work?

Reckon you can't beat Solvol Autosol for ally polishing. If it's a little beat up, combine with fine wire wool to start.
