Are these Cook Bros cranks?

Hi, I posted a thread yesterday on my latest find: Specialized Stumpjumper Epic 1989. I was going through the bike in a bit more detail early this morning-excited with the new arrival!! And looking at the crank arms, could these be Cook Bros? Excuse the dust caps as these are missing.
Appreciate any comments from any guru, fan or collectors out there. Many thanks

Did they have dust caps? I can’t seem to find any images online that indicate the CQP M2000’s had caps. Unless all the Cook Bros take the same caps?
