Always greatly admired the amazing pen and ink drawings by autistic savant Stephen Wiltshire so when I attended one of his first exhibitions of early work way back in 2003 I had to come home with with something to hang on the wall...

A couple of pieces from Ian Wise.

One day I walked into his studio while he was painting the first picture, I recognized it as Surprise View in the lakes, he was quite pleased I recognized it and a while later when finished he gave it to me. The sketch was given to me also, it was originally his sons. He does not sell sketches, not even sure if he keeps them once he has painted them. I do really like the sketches of artists though, especially intricate detailed ones.
