Joey Mcloughlin was in partnership with Terry Dolan when Cougar moved to St Helens in the late 80`s so it may have been a Joey Mcloughlin special edition rather than one of his old frames. Joey mostly ( but not always ) rode Cougars when he rode for ANC Halfords , you can clearly identify those as they had a Cinelli BB shell and full chrome rear triangle and different seat stays and forks to the Peugeot`s ridden by the rest of the team.
