Anyone know what this frame is?

Hand built at Colin's cycles southampton apparently
Has a specialized chainstay gaurd sticker & 531c stickers, specialized top nut on the headset, wolber m58 rims on miche superfast hubs, stronglight lx100 crank but deore lx, dx mechs & stx cantis????

Could be an Expedition, of course it could also be anything at all with some Specialized kit on it.
