anyone know about hope hubs?

hi i have a hope pro 2 that is at 20mm thru axle no good to me yet so i need to convert it to qr i have the adapters and no idea how to get them on any ideas?

I know on the Pro II a Evo's they just pop in and out. There is a rubber o ring on the adapter that creates the resistance that keeps them in.

Failing that, there may be a a small metal c clip holding the 20mm cups in place if they are anything like the Bulb and Big Un hubs.

Without looking ^^ ill add that there are spring circlips(well in reality theyre flat steel ) one end is slightly narrower and its at that point that you use a small flat bladed screwdriver and lift it out the groove.
