They look like shock-tech or shockwave forks from the late 90's I'm sure they came with DDG full sus frames, my mate had one, polished alloy thing a bit like a trek Y, in looks!

Ill second the shockwave, from memory the shock teck's did not have a top crown like that, please dont quote me on it though this old memory is not what it used to be.
