Anyone heard of these Steixner frames?

It looks like an Alpine bike retailer and rental business operating out of Innsbruck, perhaps this is a branded frame made for them by a third party. If that's the case it's likely to be cheap Chinese carbon. The reasoning being if they hand crafted their own frames, or were proud of who built their frames surely there'd be something on their website?
