any Rbikers do the tough mudder challenge in Kettering yesterday/today? Did it with a team of 5 mates from work. ridiculous but brilliant fun

i really wanted to, but my very poor excuse is f all training time due to 1 under 2 and 1 under 4

lookedto be very fun thouigh.

how were the electric shocks and did you get a tattoo? 8)

There were two electric shock obstacles. The last sprint home was one but the worst was the electric crawl. Under a very low timber structure whist being sprayed with water and a plethora of unavoidable live wires. The first one that got me genuinely made my whole body convulse. After that it was head down and get through screaming like a girl.

No tattoo for me. That's a bit much.

It was. Genuinely great laugh. A challenge not a race is the ethos and they deliver it with the help of your fellow runners.

Oldest finisher was a 65 yr old woman I heard. Impressive.

The ice baths and numerous river crossings were immense. Proper body shock stuff.

Well in trickylad! I'm doing the Scottish one in July.

That older woman is impressive!
