Anyone an expert on E30 BMW's?

Im no expert but I am part of a consortium of friends about to buy one for racing

They are great cars, Tail happy rear wheel drive fun for less that a grand.

I do hope the

consortium of friends

have VERY deep pockets as there is no cheap racing!!

The E30 used to have its own series for the 318 & 320 IIRC but finished after about 3 seasons shame as it had massive grids :roll:

The E30 318is is one of my all time favorite cars. Has a power to weight ratio pretty much the same as a 325i!
Getting very collectable now though and hard to find a good'un for under £2K

Here is a pic of my 316i Lux that I had to sell when I got a company car

I would still be using it now if I didn't have to drive a car under 5 years old :cry:
