I have (finally) moved on from recently getting my fingers burnt. I'd say if it were no more than £50, just leave it.

Dont mean to add fuel to the fire but he still should have got in touch with you especially if he has your money, not really any excuses for that, only takes five minutes to fire of a PM, (barring maybe very serious personal problems), if i know i'm going to be too busy to post stuff i dont sell, or i'd let the buyer know if a delay will be ok, computer problems i'd try and use someone else's to send a PM at least.

Once your cheque has cleared he should post your items or send an excuse cos once he has your money,not to send you anything is fraud.If its for a decent amount I know what I do :evil:
