Anybody after a Teesdale build KONA Hot ?

Bushpig is a very respected seller, but why would a Teesdale Hot not have a TET serial number? Why did an Explosif recently featured on another site have an almost identical serial number to this frame? I would advise caution here.

No matter how battered the original custom paint was, I can't imagine myself possibly having it scrapped in favour of a £30 white powdercoat. Surely it's cooler to ride around on a battered Teesdale Hot than a nondescript white bike. Unless it was rusting, of course, but even then if it was a Teesdale Hot it would deserve a better restoration than this. Hell, he'd paint it himself for $125, so I understand.
