Any website building people on here?

It has come to a head that I am now looking to have a website developed for UK sales. Although already having the domain name it hasn't progressed past that and from this would like to give a shout out to anyone on here who can help me put a website together please?

I need to know the ins and outs so if you can PM me that would be great, I would also like to be pointed to examples of any work you've done too.
