Any one tell me anything about this eclipse?

I just picked this up on the bay for a notch over £40, the description was minimal and lacking in any detail. I have no idea if eclipse is a model or maker name.

Essentially I purchased it for the bar end shifters, anything else will be a bonus.

So hints on the frame, material (are those Reynolds decals I can see?) and components would be nice. Hopefully I shall pick it up next week.

The rear mech is acknowledged to be a modern replacement

There is a Eclipse bicylces firm in Canada.
But no matter who made it, it looks a bargain at
£40.

Hmmm. I'd keep the bar end shifters and levers and stick the rest on the bay with 'fixie' in the title.

Bargin, you could part that out and make a few ££££

When you get it have a look at the forks, something looks a bit off if you follow the lines down the head tube.

looks like a small touring frame turned into a time trial monster, geometry and the gap between the rear wheel and the seat tube gives you a clue.
