Just been given a Falcon Quicksilver and am hoping to use it as a tourer after a renovation ,but i can't find any info on this model here. hoping somebody can help ?

A 531c frame isn't the ideal for a tourer, 531st would be more suitable. Saying that I have toured with 531c but it's a bit flexible when loaded up!

That is a nice bike, well equipped. As above Flexi when heavily loaded but fine with a moderate load. Nice find, can't be to many of those about.
Edit, it is a nice bike. Shame it's a Holdsworth and not a Falcon

I suffer from the same ignorance. It is hardly a touring bike either.
