Any ideas what saddle this is?

I've had this saddle for a while, maybe waiting to go on a bike eventually - I'm torn between this & getting a Rolls - but anyway...
The point is: does anyone know what it is?

It looks very much in the 'Brooks style'. I'd say a clone of the Team Pro or Colt, but slightly bigger & heavier (than current models at least - some specs further below).

The name has either faded or been scratched off the badge - either way it's unreadable.
The leather is pretty thick & still quite stiff despite whatever wear it's had.
There is NO embossing of any brand name on the leather & doesn't look as though there ever was... I'm reasonably sure Brooks have always embossed their logo?

So I've done a bit of googling & searched on eBay & can't find anything else really close.

Leather is black, rails are black & rivets are copper (note - the flash in the photos make the copper look a lot brighter than in real life, but maybe it would polish up ok).

Length = 29.5cm (or 11 3/4") & width is just over 15cm (6") at widest point towards rear.
Height looks to be just short of 7cm (2 3/4") at deepest point.
Distance from centre of last of front rivets to centre of first of rear rivets is just short of 20cm (7 3/4").
Spacing between two rearmost rivets = 6cm (2 3/8").
Badge is placed centrally between these & is just over 4cm (1 5/8") wide.
Rivets are 13.5mm (1/2") diameter.
Weight (on regular kitchen scales) = approx 580g (1 1/4lb).

Any ideas???

First glance I would have gone with Brooks 1970s, I have one with a very similar badge but like you've said there should be some embossing. Looks a nice saddle, could be worth googling Wrights, Middlemore and Ideale.

Seems your first glance is pretty close to the mark. I've just had a reply from the very helpful people at Brooks who agree & are going to send a replacement badge out.

My old Brooks looks the same - how much are they charging you for the new badge?

FOC!
How good is that?
I'd emailed the link to the forum post with the pictures & they replied within about an hour.
The only thing is that badges have changed over the years & current badges won't be authentic with the era & may be slightly different hole size or spacing but I'm sure I can find someone with the skills to attach it neatly.

I'm thinking now of ebaying this to raise funds for a different saddle...
The problem is, I've got a fairly generic-retro 80's-90's 531c racer frame. It's a nice tight, sleek frame - and then on a whim, I got some modern Scirocco wheels.
All the pieces are fine on their own, but the saddle is a bit out of place, so 2 questions:
1) Is it worth much? I'm thinking it would cover the cost of say a (2ndhand) Rolls but not a Swallow or Swift. Does that sound about right?
2) Any other things I should look at? I've seen a nice Regal for sale on here. Also, I think the more streamlined Brooks would work ok. The ones here look nice:
