hi on a klein frame theres 2 threaded holes on the down tube near the crank like the ones you put your bottle holder on have you any idea what there for i know on my orange frame theres 2 but higher up on the frame for a crud catcher thanks

Which i always found rather crazy. Drier i understand but animals poop in even the driest climates

Strangely enough the ground is wet where Kleins were originally made 300 days out of the year. Reckon you could put a pump there

Or maybe a headlamp battery since it's dark in the trees around there, too.
