I have no intention of bidding on that bike allerocco , but i did think a lot of cinelli fittings do not mean its a cinelli

For all of you , a little advice:
Remember that if you read Cinelli on lugs or on bottom bracket box . That NOT means that the frame is Cinelli.
But for sure that means that the frame is made with cinelli pieces , and for sure is a high range frame. Whoever
is the builder.

you think better about frame made with Columbus Genius , the kind of steel used for TIG welding...do you know STELIO BELLETTI?
or stelbel is better

Okay back to OP

I had another though about that frame since it is stamped with both Columbus and Cinelli bits. As we know this was one and the same company during the time this bike was brazed so maybe this was a trade show bike to demonstrate the products available from Columbus S.r.l.
