Any idea what this is?

A donor bike, but on closer inspection some interesting aspects.
Fillet brazed bb, stamped with six figures, Zeus Competition rear dropouts, reasonably nice lugs, was lug lined in red. Came with some rather nice Mafac centre pulls with stylish quick release adjusters and on the rear wheel a drilled(?) five speed block (can’t see a name on it yet) and a Pelissier hub
Any clues?

Steerer was proper stuck fast hence the cut off!

With the older brazed bb I was expecting something built by someone like Wally Green for a bike shop but the other pics rule that out.....
