Any good remedies for blocked synus?

Properly bunged up at the moment from the top of my nose(which suprisingly isn't blocked itself) right round to my ear.
No pain at all (yet!!) and i don't really want to go to the doctor.
I was going to try Friars Balsum but i can't find it anywhere :?
Any fab remedies out there?

I used to struggle with this for years, and the last time I was properly bunged up, the doctor recommended an anti-histamine (spelling?) nasal spray, designed more for hayfever.

I was sursprised how well it worked, and is now on my shopping list everytime I get blocked up..

When i get blocked sinus i rub a 'ditch' that is on my brow where nose joins brow. Seems to work. Probably just me haha.

Fingers closing nostrils, take a big breath in, close mouth and blow as hard as you can.

Or

Pour neat JD up yer nose.

The holding nose and blowing thing only results in a sharp pain in my inner ear :roll:

Get a Zoom ice lolly (shape is important, as ye will see), and jam it robustly up yer hoop. Yer sinuses will clear themselves most astonishingly.

I've not often suffered from blocked sinuses but when I have, Phenylephrine based pills have been fantastic for me.

I almost never take pills for anything, so this is a high commendation!
