Any Baconites in the house?

As a follower of our Lard, I thought i'd see if there were any fellow Baconites on here?

Used to work for a ham curers many moons ago.

Not involved beyond preparing carcasses for dissection, boning and making the cuts trimmed ready for the brine, which in this place was needle injected.

But if pushed I could make a go of the pickling and smoking.

You may say that but a poll of vegetarians gave that a large many missed crispy bacon. Especially the smell


We cant interest you in a nice bit of thick cut smoked streaky can we ?.
All crispy on the outside and still succulent in the middle
