So, you beat me to this on/off the 'bay! :D I hoped it would turn up on here. Looks interesting, stem definitely early Orange, geometry looks early Clockwork and like mine perhaps there's no noodle above the BB for the bottom pull front mech, so instead you need to route under BB.

My '89 clockwork is very similar. Serial number on the seat tube side, A89..?
Lack of rack mounts on rear is interesting, as on fork too (my fork is lacking mudguard eyes, but there are some on the rear, unlike this).
I think there were some very early UK-built Clockworks...
Would like to see more of this! Looks to have ha a hard life. Was the bar originally white?
Cheers
Edit to add, mine has a Tange DB sticker rather than infinity.

Was it dregged up recently? Following with interest, especially to see how to get this nice frame rust-free again.

Defo has the frame features of an early Clockwork + the lack of bb noodle point to one of the first. Thing that throws it out is the top tube decal as that's from a 1992/3 bike. It's not that new though so the decals, along with the random 'Orange' decals must have been added later.
