Answer Manitou Steerers

Anyone know if you can change the steerers? Tempted to get one as I think they would be the fork for my longer term project (if I ever find one), but most of the steerers have been hacked to bits.

Mani 1s are removable,3/4s are pressed in,i think the crowns are interchangable though,i have a mani 4 crown on my mani 1s.
