Matt, the ctr to ctr measurement is 18.5 inches. I don't have any tape on the bike, but the decal on the top tube stays until it isn't mine anymore. I guarantee that there are no dents or rust. Jim

And always a worry when theres a sticker over where the bars hit the tt...
