Another Frame ID thread. 531 Designer Select tube set

Ive taken a punt on this off eBay uk today. I Frame is 60cm. 531 Designer Select. Seatpost (campagnolo) and stem (3ttt) are stuck but thats part of the challenge. Wondering if anyone recognises the serial number and can match it to a specific builder who would be using 531 designer select tube sets. My plan is to use it to become my first paint strip and repaint project. From what i can tell from the pictures the Serial number is TN0108. cheers. jonny.

So some more pictures. Would really like to put the proper decals on but still no closer to finding a frame builder but it seems to be a quality frame. Haven't weighed it yet but its light. Serial number is actually TN0109 on both frame and fork. Things i hope may narrow down,

The TN in the serial number initials of builder perhaps?
Celeste colour seems original.
Reynolds 531 designer select decals. (1989-94 design?)
Campagnolo drop outs.
68mm BB.
Campagnolo Triomphe seat post and headset. (1981-87)
Threaded seat clamp. (is this design dateable?)
One of those chain hanging braze ons.

Pretty sure I narrowed down the Campagnolo parts correctly using Velobase but the timeline of production doesn't seem to overlap the decals on the frame. cheers. jonny.
