another engineery type question

I need some suspension bushings made up - I have one for reference but will only need two at the most (might keep some spares).

Its about the size of a jockey wheel bushing but has a bigger hole (M5?) anyway - any hints & tips greatly appreciated.

exactly the same as a shimano jockey wheel bush but m5 instead of m4

Well bushings are usually coated and really smooth, but jockey wheel type are often quite rough as they have next to no load and of little importance, unless you spend the money. More like a steel spacer.

Could by some metal rod, the correct outside diameter and drill a hole in the middle.
Or see if some tubing is the correct Inner Diameter and Outer diameter, or look through car, motorcycle parts, or....
