another ebay fool....

I sold a pair of bombers on the 14th of march, posted them on the seventeenth, first class recorded, the buyer still hasnt received them......

I check the tracking and they are still with the royal snail......

I provide the tracking no to the buyer and he says he doesnt want them now as he has bought another pair, and he has them already.......

I tell him,Well sorry mate.......That isnt really my problem, you knew you had purchased these when you bought another pair the decision to buy more was yours and not mine.

He says he wants a refund as he is sick of people like me not sending things out when they say they will.......b ullsh*t.....I set them in the specified timescale,he has opened a case as item not received and wants a refund,I have told him to go whistle.......tosser :x

Ebay will probo find in my favour on this but it still annoys me as I am bound to get negative feedback from the a.hole

He does sound like a bit of a tool.

Flipside of it is I bought a stem at the start of Feb, gave it 2 weeks to arrive then contacted the seller who gave me a Royal Snail tracking number and it turns out the item is 'lost internally'. Contacted the seller to explain he'll need to print a form off to claim, but he doesn't seem to understand that posting the item is still part of the process. Filling in the form would allow a claim to recover the value from RM, but then he's already got the funds from Paypal, so hasn't been heard of since.

Maybe the buyer has had similar to me recently, not to condone him, of course.

you should have sent then next day 9am delivery the day he won them and then personally gone round and licked his ring til he was satisfied  bloody ebay tossers there's to many buyers with buyers remorse these days that just act like twats :x :x :x

leave feedback for him staiting how much of a cock the buyer is  and post him stuff he has to pay exsess on

He is a very active buyer so I am going to go down the beach and get some nice heavy stones then send them with only two stamps on the envelope....pop them in the post box and then he will have to go get them no knowing what they are and he will have to pay for the privilege
