The sad news reaches me that the Manchester City trophy room was broken into, sometime on wednesday evening.

Police have asked the public to look out for a man selling a blue and white carpet!!

You having a pop at me being a blue and living in Cornwall?

I am a real Manc' though, just moved here fifteen years ago.

And I can honestly say I have come into contact with more scabby reds down here than I did in Manchester! they all have a "I support Man U because" stories too,as a way of justifying there replica United kits!
Grown men in replica kits with their favourite players name on the back!!
Makes me p*ss myself.

What most so called Man united fans don't understand is,you don't choose to be a City fan, you just are one.

You serious?

I think he is serious, they got to the quaters of a european competition the year before last and the semi's of a domestic last year and looking how the reds celebrated after defeating City it appeared they had considered the noisy neighbours a serious threat. Now thier inside the top 5 positioned clubs in the hardest world league, with plans to chuck 1 Billion £ around the ground whilst making it a state of the art 80k seater...what do you think they're gonna do at this juncture....call it a day, or press on. News is they have Milners and YaYa's signature wrapped up and are pressing for Silva and someone who will rattle the cage of Rednap. The noisy neighbours are about to turn the volume up to 11. Maybe next year is a year too early but the clock is definately ticking.

I've just come back from Cornwall and am eternally jealous if you live there..!

Living the dream my friend, living the dream! :D

As for the blues winning stuff. It is just a matter of more cash and more time. Not sure why The owners at Eastlands don't just wave 750 million under the nose of that ginger yank, close the club down and turn it into a training ground for the blue boys.

One less team to worry about on the way to the premiership title!

I wish I was in charge,it would be ace!!
