How easy are spares to get [and can you get them in the UK]?
Or anything any member feels i should know about this type please feel free to tell all[sorry about the pic ,its the only 1 i've got just now]

You can still get the seals/ bushkits from AMP in the states. And the service manuals are on their site.

Looking at that picture the shockin view is missing some parts, these may well be impossible to find. Do you know anyone with a lathe?

I have been known to tinker with AMP stuff, having owned one for 13 years, it's like second nature. Don't be affraid to have a go they were designed to be owner serviceable, with a few special tools.

Good luck

John

Thanks John,
Do you ,or any other members have any spares for the f3?
as you can see on the improved pic that the upper shock eyelet assembly's are a different length ,i also have two broken assembly's 1 of each ,but ill go with the 1 on the spring, looks beefier.
So i need 1 of those,and 2 spring support thingy's[above and below spring on r/h side,oh and a spring

And let's not forget the partridge in a pear tree while you're at it

What you have there is an F4 fork.

It's best to drop the guys at AMP an email, include those pictures, and they will advise you of what's needed.
