Hi, here's a long ( 150mm ) 1 1/8th inch mtb stem from Orange. I'm pretty sure it's aluminium, but it's not that light.
It would be perfect on that Alu 'o' restoration.

...... You need an 1 /4" stem for an "O" resto. , unless you go the headset reducer route.
