Yes everything is there ,all the wires, straps and Velcro is OK.
I even got the missus to check it.
It is the dry lined model.

Thanks! Sorry for all the questions I'm a bit fussy haha. Does the top cover sit nice and flat. Just looks a bit out of shape in the pic. Guessing it just wasn't closed at the way?

Top top cover is not meant to lay flat . It slopes towards the rider to allow map or route sheet reading .
