Alpinestars Cro Mega stem questions

Hi all, ive got an old Girvin flexstem i want to put on my Alpinestars. The steerer tube needs a sleeve/shim to fit the 1” quill Girvin. Any idea where is best place to buy? Thanks

I’ve got a 1 1/4 flexstem somewhere you can have cheap. It’ll prolly need a new elastomer.
