Alpinestars AL-Mega has been well looked after. The frame has had some re-inforcing plates welded to the front. Then re-powder coated in cadburys purple with polished forks. Its got reducers on the headset making it 1 1/8th headset stem and rigid front forks. It is 9 speed on the rear with new deore rapid fire gear lever. There is a chain guide system with single chain ring. I have 2 front mechs for it, an XT and a DX. The brakes are shimano v brakes with rear brake stiffener. The pedals are SPD. The handle bar is a riser bar.

I have had this Bike for 16-18 years and will be sad to see it go.

£350 ono for a classic bike.

I believe the frame is a 17-18 inch, it also has a new rear cassette and new chain and new cables. The photos don't do the colour justice, it looks nice but blue. I can assure you it is definately cadburys purple as I had that powder coated after the stiffner plates were welded on approximately 14 years ago. The seat is also new.

That really nice love them forks and the added strengthing up front never seen that before but it works on that frame looks good mate

pity have no funds at the mo awesome would look awesome with added disc tab on the back to match them fork up front
