From memory I'm having a very short Xtasy? stem, but not sure about rise - will check at evening

Checked - it's Xtasy Downhill - 50mm, so not what You want
Got also ordinary steel stem, 70mm with around 15-20* or rise (I guess that) - it's having no brand signatures, so I'm guessing it's some budget product
