Need a bit of advice[ prodding perhaps] on my SS build,I was intending to fit all red wheels as its turned into a red project.[red frame/forks etc etc]

I have a front with a faded red hope disc hub on a new x517 red ano rim.It looks like the matching rear isnt going to appear anytime soon and that maybe i should just go for standard black shimano disc factory built wheels instead :?

CRC has pairs for about £85
These would get me 80% finished on the build[i think ive really broke the back of it now ]
but trawling throught ebay i found these new -
shimano m475 on RED Weinmann xm280 rims

Dont know much about either the m475 or the XM280's
any advice would be very helpful.
I can then sell the hope front to one of you guys and let you tear your hair out looking for its matching rear

i have one of those on my i drive in blue, i havent used it properly yet though. just make sure you get the deore hubs not quando. my wheel seems fine although i paid £50 then realised you can get a set for £80! although at the time, matey who had the sets had them for £110 i think.
if you get a blue front i might have it lol, might swap your red if your up for swapping it...


edit, hub should be m575? deore...

edit:edit: the deore hubs are great, have a set on my urban bike, laced to different rims but cant fault them

According to the ad its an M475.whatever that is exactly :?
Not sure why a business seller would be labling them shimano m475 if they werent.
Or did quando make hubs for shimano?seems unlikely,but im no expert :?

well i had a look, the quando hubbed ones are £67 a set i believe. well mine is m575 (all 3 of them)

edit: just checked, all mine are m525 deore, i dont see wy the ones on ebay would be any different, just a mistake i guess

edit:edit: im getting good at this! its says 'Black Shimano 475 (Deore OEM) disc M525 hubs' not sure what the 475 is but theyre m525
also, the blue wheel has made anything its been put on look loverly!

M475 is the Alivio groupo
they should pair up with my saints on 203mm's nicely
