Advice please!

I'm refurbing an old Kona Paddywagon single speed. I want to replace a number of the bolts and the headset, can anyone advise on the sizes of:

- the wheel nuts

- the stem bolts

- the headset

Headset is 1 1/8" do you want one?

Wheel nuts standard track nuts fit, want those as well?

Stem bolt I cannot remeber but M8 sounds about right but I would have to check. Its cold out in the shed now so that will have to wait.
