advice needed to fit rear disc calliper on 95 GT TEMPEST

any one got any advice on fitting a rear disc calliper on my 1995 GT TEMPEST or any pics of other bike that have had this conversion done.
any advice would be much appreciated

I fitted a rear disc to the other halves GT Arrowhead using the A2Z adapter quite successfully.

If the rear dropouts are the flat plate type it will work like this:
