An update
The seller wanted 90 euros for shipping a bare frame, I had an offer from someone here to receive and forward, however it was still to be 90 euro for shipping in country therefore have decided not to proceed.

BTW he was an english person living in Spain, I just thought I would point that out.

90 euros is about right if he's shipping with correos (spanish postal service). I've only ever used them, and have probably lost potential sales becuase they're so expensive. But until Emilio posted the alternatives on this thread the other day, I had no idea there were any, despite asking, searching, googling... So either I've been completely out of touch for years, or they're all quite new services. I'm sure there was never anything like parcel2go, senditnow, etc here before.

Was obvious that the seller wanted to obtain an extra money with the posting.

Sending a bare frame like that it's about 11 euros from Barcelons to anywhere on mainland Spain with Chronoexpress.

Maybe years ago Correos and Seur i.e. were quite expensive. Now there are a lot of courier companies and the prices went down. For example, i'm paying for my business packages about 6 euros for a 24h delivery service and 20 kgs weight anywhere in Spain (andy if you're interested i'm talking about Tipsa in Picanya). Another case if sending to canary islands, there are different taxes for them.
