Things like that scare me, especially when you see a kid riding a bike that's been put together like that and more often than not their parents have put a helmet on them such a way that that it will cause more harm than good when they fall off (usually angled on the back of the head so it offers zero protection to the front) :?

It's bad enought that these BSO's get bought in the first place, but they come with basic tools to put them together and instructions!

For some unknown reason it is quite a popular thing to do in the new school BMX world. :roll:

It's because they come from china in a box with the fork that way to reduce the box size. The customer (not knowing what they're doing) straighten the bars and tighten the allen bolt.
