No bike riding for me this weekend, as I have a terrible disease

It started last night, but by this morning I was fully stricken down with it.......

........I cant function properly today, I'm at death's door

Yes people.....

...........I have MAN FLU!!

With Ms GT's cooking I don't think you will be off the bike for long. :D

don't worry I can't be at Afan either because of family commitments (for that, read "My kids rule my every movement")

think I'll come down with man flu too.

Ho hum, I've (sniff) got plenty of (cough) off bike things (sniff) to do. Tyre changing, (sniff) faffing, and (cough) polishing. Hopefully Mrs GT will let (sniff) me work in the lounge

I've had far to many no bike weekends. F**k all in my part of London. Except Hampstead heath  go there in lycra you must be joking
Well spring and summer to look forward too soon. Then non-stop off road

Did a gentle hour on the Avalanche this morning as I woke up feeling quite good :D

Met a couple of trials/freeride boys in the woods who had made a jump with some earth and a log. After a quick chat with them I had a run up and got a bit of air. Couple more runs and I was managing to get it crossed up; it all came back to me, well chuffed. Then one of them got some 1 footed air, git! Still, he was half my age.....
