I ran one of those on 26" as a jump bike back in the distant history of the world. Cracking good frame that would take 100mm fork with ease.

I think it is too, but you could easy fit 24" and it still rode well. I had maguras on it as discs weren't the thing yet.

If you were looking for suggestions, I feel that the smaller ones work well for BMX cruiser type conversion. Shortest stem, bars with at least 6" of rise and a crossbar, perhaps a rigid fork (although I am curious about the Hydracoil), perhaps 1X or singlespeed.
Not sure if this is fact or not, but I've heard that the name had two meanings, the legendary location, and Mother of All Bikes
