A paypal problem/mystery

A transaction has disappeared :shock: I purchased an item. But when i went open a dispute the transaction is not shown. How can this happen. All my other transactions are showing

Contact Paypal, it may be that they've already begun an investigation in to the transaction.

If it's for an eBay item, can you still view it as paid for in your 'My eBay'?

I spent 30 mins instant message with a 'helpful' paypal person :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:
I can view the purchase in ebay. Tomorrow will check with the bank and phone paypal This is the 'icing' on the cake :x

I had something similar when I bought something off a site (not ebay). The transaction showed in PayPal and the money was taken from my acc but the website denied all knowledge.

They or PayPal were no help and I ended up losing £15 to the void with nothing to show for it! :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

Well nothing. didn't come out my bank. And paypal don't know either. Have to phone pp Monday with the ebay ref So leave a negative feed back :roll:
