I think the guys at sour just wanted to honor the good old steel bikes we all love.

Oh and they called it Party Dome, not Pasta Dome

There's a vibrant scene for custom bikes in eastern Germany. Many small companies have sprung up, and Sour is one of them, aiming to honor the original. It's a tribute.
