Similar solution to the issue of a shorter head tube to the Yates Smart Tart, not seen that elsewhere before! I reckon if that was cheaper and closer I'd be trying to buy it for the boy for when he's big enough

I forget to be honest, something to do with the Evolution headset size and a super short headtube and stem for smaller riders frames...? Happily stand corrected if anybody can add anymore info....?
